30-Day Return Policy
At haviron, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the item(s) for a refund or exchange. Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition, with tags still attached, and are unworn and unwashed.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@haviron.com or call us at 3035508521. They will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions on how to proceed with the return. You will need to include this number with your returned item(s) for proper processing.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5-8 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate this when you contact us for the Return Authorization Number. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Any price difference for exchanged items will be handled during the return process.
